Erna was a God sent. She made our first time home buying experience a joyful one! From the first day we meet her, I knew it was going to be a smooth sailing. Erna told me upfront she would hold my hand through the entire process and she kept her word. I called the title company for an issue I had, and she said " your agent already called me about that and she was not happy. She's on top of that for you". My husband trusts no one at all. He thinks all sales people are all about the money! At the end of this process, he was thanking Erna and inviting her over for dinner. Erna treated us like family. I remember telling my husband at one point, she's inspecting the house as if she was buying it herself. Erna is AMAZING!!! She works hard for her clients. Erna assisted us in the VA Loan process and made sure the buyer knew what needed to be fixed in order for us to pass the VA inspection. She did not back down and advocated for our family. The A/C to the home was not working well and Erna had them replace it with warranty no cost to us. Our initial loan fell through and she was able to suggest a lender and within 10 days we closed on our home. My husband and I were so grateful she was our realtor.
